Construction of houses made of aerated concrete in Kyiv and the Kyiv region

Aerated concrete blocks are classified as environmentally friendly materials, being a good alternative to conventional bricks. At the same time, this material is characterized by high strength and reliability in the operation of structures. Buildings made from it provide an ideal microclimate, high sound insulation, fire resistance and mold resistance. That is why houses made of aerated concrete are in great demand on the list of orders of the construction company RСC ALBA.

How do we do it:

Construction of the house begins after approval of the estimate and design documentation, involving the following stages:
Preparatory – installation of barriers, taking measurements, determining the level of the zero horizon, laying communications.
Delivery of material – we provide the correct storage conditions for aerated concrete blocks.
Construction of the foundation is made of reinforced concrete slabs on a sand bed.
Laying walls - using blocks measuring 375-400 mm for external partitions, and 250 mm for internal partitions.
Reinforcement – a special mesh is used that prevents deformation of the structure.
The ceiling is formed from aerated concrete slabs.
The final stage of construction is the exterior and interior finishing.
