If there is no project, our foreman engineer goes to take measurements, conducts a consultation and takes all necessary measurements. He transfers all this information to the estimator to calculate the preliminary estimate.

If you have a working design, there is no need to visit the site and our estimator immediately draws up a detailed and understandable estimate, which indicates all the planned work, all materials (name, articles, price, quantity), all deliveries and related work (loader services, garbage removal etc).

After agreeing on all the work that will be performed and the materials that will be purchased for this apartment, an agreement is concluded, we take an advance for the purchase of materials and we begin work.

It takes 1-3 hours to visit, measure and draw up technical specifications. It takes 1-2 working days to calculate the estimate.

Turnkey apartment renovations carried out by our company come with a 12-month guarantee (subject to compliance with the rules for the use of the premises).

To conveniently calculate future work, you can create a table in Excel with 5 columns and sign their table of contents:

1. Number in order.
2. Job title.
3. Unit of measurement.
4. Price.
5. Total amount.

On the next line write “Room 1 (bedroom).”

Next, take a tape measure and measure the area of all the walls (multiply the length by the height, while subtracting the area of windows and doors).

Enter into the table (on separate lines) a list of the work you plan to do on these walls. Enter the area (which you measured) and the amount you plan to pay the craftsmen for 1m2. After signing the contract, we take the money in stages.

The first stage is 100% of money for the purchase of materials + 100% for delivery and loaders + 30% for work.

After completing the first stage, we draw up an AWP (work completion certificate), where we report to the customer what work we have done and what materials were purchased for this (we provide all receipts). After which the customer pays the difference between the amount in the AVR and the advance that was originally issued.

Then we take money for the second stage - 100% for the purchase of materials + 100% for delivery and loaders + 30% for work.

And so on until the end of the entire project (financing is carried out in stages).

After all work is completed and the final AVR is signed, the customer pays the final amount.

After that, we take out our tools, take out the trash and do some general cleaning.

At the end of our cooperation, we hand over the keys to the customer.

The price is indicated for 1m2 of floor area.
