How many general workers can we organize at the same time?

It all depends on the task at hand. From 2-4 people to 70-100 people

How are handymen paid?

General laborers (helpers) are unskilled workers who perform a variety of jobs. We divide their work into 4 main types of work and payment:

SHIFT - payment is made for work of 8 hours, during which the worker does all the varied work, of which there is a lot and which cannot be measured. As a rule, this is work on a construction site, warehouse, or production site. Day shift: 08:00-17:00 or 09:00-18:00 - payment rate - 1200-1500 UAH. Night shift: 21:00-06:00 or 22:00-07:00 - pay rate 1400-2000 UAH. The price depends on what needs to be done and is negotiated individually.
HOURLY PAYMENT - this work format is suitable for apartment/office relocation. Payment is made at 150 UAH/person/hour (for orders from 4 hours and from 2 people). If you need to remove something very heavy (piano, sofa, closet, safe, etc.), then a separate payment is taken per unit (for number of floors and distance).
PER UNIT - this payment format is used when work can be measured and payment occurs for each unit of work performed. For example: unloading drywall and bringing it without an elevator to the 4th floor * 30 UAH/floor = 120 UAH/piece.
VOLUME - this format is used when the work is combined and can be done either per unit or in shifts. For example: you need to manually disassemble a house, clean and stack used materials, and load the remains onto a dump truck and take them to a landfill. With this approach, they agree for a fixed amount and it doesn’t matter how much time, effort, people and pieces of equipment will be needed. For example, the price for such work is 150,000 UAH.

- due date (compressed or uniform);
- prices for building materials;
- working time (day / night / around the clock);
- ordinary or cramped conditions / work at height;
- the presence of good weather;
- no interference from external factors (war, strike, blocked streets, significant price increases, natural disasters);
- customer decision-making speed;
- coherence of work with other contractors;
- timely acceptance and payment of work performed.
