The process itself is a clearly structured work that requires compliance with technology and sequence of actions. In addition, dismantling without permission of load-bearing structures provides for penalties in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.

- Working engineering networks. Dismantling plumbing without shutting off the water will lead to flooding of neighbors and damage to neighboring premises. A working electrical network poses a threat not only in terms of turning off the light in the entire house, but also in terms of safety for the worker himself.
- Working without protective equipment. When starting work, it is extremely necessary to stock up on a helmet, respirator, protective gloves, and glasses.
