Successful candidate:

  • With a higher education (personnel management is desirable)
  • He has 5 years of successful work experience in the HR field
  • Knows the stages and technologies of personnel search and recruitment (adaptation, training, obtaining results)

Key responsibilities:

  • Selection of qualified personnel and closing of all necessary vacancies
  • Control of the acquisition of knowledge and skills (during the probationary period and after VT);

Foreman

Basic requirements:

  • Higher education in construction (PGS).
  • Experience as a foreman - from 5 years
  • Free reading of drawings.
  • Driver's license category B and own car
  • Probationary period - 2 months

Key responsibilities:

  • Full control of construction and repair projects (5-8 at a time)
  • Reading and understanding design documentation and drawings
  • Development of a calendar schedule for the execution of works
  • Cooperation with the HR manager on the selection of construction teams
  • Timely ordering of materials from the supplier
  • Implementation of control over the correct and targeted use of materials.
  • Interaction with subcontractors, supplier bases
  • Interaction with the Customer, negotiations, resolution of technical issues
  • Identification, analysis and prompt elimination of current problems at all stages of the construction of the facility (if any)
  • Ensuring and observing the rules and regulations on labor protection and safety
  • Preparation of executive documentation, acceptance certificates and defect information, etc.
